Ukrposhta has the right to reserve 100% of its employees, and this is not due to its status as a state-owned company. The whole point is that they distribute summonses.
Why does Ukrposhta provide reservations?
Ukrposhta operates as a military infrastructure facility, RBC-Ukraine reports.
The company has a contract with the Ministry of Defense to distribute summonses , so it can book its employees. However, it faces problems because of this.
According to Director General Igor Smilyansky, the branches are being set on fire because of the distribution of summonses.
We have suffered because of this reservation, because no one tells us how many branches are burned down and how many we repair. This is already millions of hryvnias. Almost every week, branches are burned down because we hand out summonses,
– said Smilyansky.
