Currently, there are 74,000 businessmen in Ukraine who have an income of over 10 million hryvnias per year and submit financial statements on time. Interestingly, the vast majority of them (72%) are men.
What is known about Ukrainian businessmen?
Almost a quarter of entrepreneurs are registered in Kyiv, and the top three richest are Rinat Akhmetov, Vitaliy Antonov, and Andriy Verevsky. This analysis was published by Opendatabot.
The net annual growth of the list of leaders is over 6 thousand names, with 37% of entrepreneurs moving up in the ranking and 42% losing positions. The majority work in the “middle” segment of large business:

- only 2% are real giants with a turnover of over 1 billion hryvnias.

Currently, the top ten richest businessmen in the country (by income for 2025) look like this:
- Rinat Akhmetov – 843.18 billion hryvnias (remained in 1st place);
- Vitaly Antonov – 164.21 billion hryvnias (remained in 2nd place);
- Andriy Verevsky – 149.77 billion hryvnias (rose from 6th place);
- Yuriy Kosyuk – 131.31 billion hryvnias (fell from 3rd place);
- Ari Weber – 114.08 billion hryvnias (fell from 4th place);
- Volodymyr Kostelman – 94.09 billion hryvnias (fell from 5th place);
- Oleksiy Poroshenko – 75.14 billion hryvnias (moved up from 8th place);
- Andriy Hubsky – 71.8 billion hryvnias (fell from 7th place);
- Dmytro Firtash – 58.47 billion hryvnias (remained in 9th place);
- Svitlana Ivakhiv – 46.85 billion hryvnias (moved up from 11th place).
By the way, 69 business owners out of the top hundred are registered in Ukraine, so the list includes representatives from Cyprus, the USA and Great Britain, Switzerland (4%), and other countries, including the UAE, Germany, and Monaco.
