Restrictive measures will be in effect for a period of 50 years and will apply to all the financial and economic erations of such companies.

According to the Security Service of Ukraine, Rosatom’s companies are invved in the so-called ‘alienation’ of Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) for the benefit of the aggressor state.

In particular, the Security Service of Ukraine has evidence that the employees of Rosatom and its affiliated companies assumed contr over technogical and management processes at Zaporizhzhia NPP; contribute to connecting Zaporizhzhia NPP to Russia’s energy system; make attempts to legalize the eration of Zaporizhzhia NPP in the interests of Russia by establishing fake Russian companies, such as Zaporizhzhia NPP erating Company JSC and Zaporizhzhia NPP Federal State Unitary Enterprise, which are part of Rosatom Corporation.

A reminder that Russian occupation tros seized Zaporizhzhia NPP in early March 2022.
