“Nova Poshta” has opened a space in the capital, where it has gathered more than two dozen post offices, it is currently operating in test mode. The location meets urban logistics trends and may soon appear in many cities of Ukraine.
What is known about the Nova Poshta post office space?
The space consists of 26 mailboxes with 286 cells and a total length of about 13 meters, Novaya Poshta reported.
There is such a place in the Great residential complex in Kyiv.
The location is designed for the comfort of residents of modern neighborhoods and meets global urban logistics trends. Residents will be able to receive parcels 24/7, without queues and unnecessary trips – literally in slippers and a bathrobe,
– the company reported.
The space is currently in test mode. However, if it becomes popular among Kyiv residents, such post offices will appear in other cities in Ukraine.
What are the delivery rates for Nova Poshta?
From December 1, Nova Poshta has increased tariffs for delivering documents and parcels across the city and Ukraine.
The price increase did not affect parcels up to 2 kilograms, but the prices for delivering documents between branches changed:
- locally – 60 UAH (was 65 UAH);
- in Ukraine – 70 UAH (was 65 UAH).
Local tariffs (by city):
- up to 2 kilograms – 60 hryvnias (unchanged);
- up to 10 kilograms – 100 hryvnias (was 90 hryvnias);
- up to 30 kilograms – 160 hryvnias (was 140 hryvnias).
Parcel delivery in Ukraine:
- up to 2 kilograms – 80 hryvnias (unchanged);
- up to 10 kilograms – 120 hryvnias (was 110 hryvnias);
- up to 30 kilograms – 180 hryvnias (was 160 hryvnias).
You will also have to pay an additional 10 hryvnia for receiving documents and parcels at a post office.
Interesting! In response to a request from Channel 24, Nova Poshta responded that over 400 branches and terminals were damaged or destroyed over 3 years of full-scale invasion. The cost of restoring the property of the NOVA group of companies that was damaged as a result of attacks or hostilities amounted to 379 million hryvnias.
