What is known about the crash in the “Nova Poshta” application?
Users are reporting problems accessing the mobile application – it does not open or works incorrectly, Insider writes.
There have also been difficulties with contacting the support service: it is currently impossible to reach the operator. The reasons for the failure have not yet been officially announced.
The company reported that Nova Poshta services were temporarily unavailable due to a technical failure. As of 10:00 a.m., all services have been restored.
What absolutely cannot be sent by Nova Poshta?
According to the carrier's rules, the following cannot be sent in parcels:
- food products that require special temperature conditions or have an expiration date that expires before the delivery date;
- chilled or frozen foods;
- dairy products and eggs;
- food products of animal origin in places with quarantine restrictions (where a special regime may apply).
The company also does not accept for shipment:
- alcoholic beverages and excisable goods (tobacco products);
- medicine,
- vitamins and dietary supplements;
- money, precious metals and stones;
- pyrotechnics and hazardous materials;
- unregistered medical products and prohibited substances.
