Nearly 90 companies relocated to Kirovohrad region since full-scale war

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, 87 companies have moved their production facilities to the Kirovohrad region.

An Ukrinform correspondent learned this from the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration.

“Since the beginning of the war, the region has been working proactively to support businesses in relocating production facilities, personnel, raw materials and residual products from areas close to or within the combat zone, particularly from the Luhansk, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Odesa, Kyiv, Mykaiv, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions to the Kirovohrad region. As many as 87 business entities have relocated their production facilities to the region, with the majority situated in the cities of Kryvnytskyi (56), eksandria (22), Znamianka (1), Svitlovodsk (6), Novomyrhorod (1), and Bobrynets (1). Of these, 77 are already erational,” the RMA informed.

The majority of relocated enterprises erate in the flowing sectors: industry (29 entities, representing 33.3% of the total number of relocated business entities), information and telecommunications (17, 19.5%), and trade (17, 19.5%). A further 24 business entities erate in other sectors (27.6%).

The flowing companies moved to the region: four healthcare institutions, eight educational institutions, two regional tourism centers, and four public organizations.

Among them: SVK Alliance LLC (relocated production facilities from Kharkiv), Novodruzhesk Mechanical Plant LLC (from Lysychansk, Luhansk region), MEC PE (relocated from New York village, Donetsk region), SPE INCOM TECHNIKA LLC (relocated from Kramatorsk, Donetsk region) and others.

The enterprises that relocated to the region and resumed erations have employed 314 pele, including 133 internally displaced persons.

As reported by Ukrinform, 40% of all relocated businesses in Ukraine are now erating in the Zakarpattia region.
