Meest Post is updating its delivery terms in the spring: this is necessary so that customers can plan their costs more accurately. Among the updates are a new tariff and changes to the terms of parcel insurance.

How and why does Meest Post update delivery rates?

The changes will take effect on March 1, NV writes.

The company decided to change the billing system to make it more transparent and understandable for customers:

1. The main innovation is a separate tariff for parcels weighing from 2 to 5 kilograms. These are the most common shipments, so they have been allocated a separate range. This will allow you to calculate the cost of delivery more accurately.
2. Meest Post also increased the amount of automatic insurance for shipments from 200 to 500 hryvnias. Thanks to this, most standard parcels will immediately have greater insurance protection and you will not need to pay extra for it.
3. Another new feature is a separate tariff for delivery within one regional center. At the same time, delivery to settlements within the urban agglomeration is priced the same as within the city itself – without additional surcharges.
4. The company has also created a separate tariff for shipments via post machines. This is important so that customers can choose the format – a branch or a post machine – and clearly understand how much it will cost.

• At the end of 2025, Ukrposhta introduced a special “Basic” tariff for businesses working with KeyCRM, with delivery according to “Priority” standards. The main feature of the new offer is a favorable combination of price and efficiency: the cost of delivery starts from just 40 hryvnias, and the term is from 1 to 3 days.

• Nova Poshta updated most of its delivery rates in December 2025. In particular, the company increased rates for delivering documents and parcels across the city and Ukraine by 5-20 hryvnias, except for parcels up to 2 kilograms.
