A well-known mobile operator is raising prices for some tariffs by 20-66%. In general, all major mobile operators in Ukraine are raising tariffs due to the rise in electricity prices.
How will the prices of lifecell tariffs change?
lifecell will introduce changes from April 2, writes OBOZ.
The price of the service package in the “Prosto Life” tariff may increase by 66%, “Vilny Life” may increase by 20%, “Smart Life” by as much as 68%, and “Zhara Light” – +41%. These are archive tariffs that are no longer available for connection.
So, the prices for tariff plans will be as follows:
“Just Life”:
- standard price – increase from 210 to 320 hryvnias;
- if the number is identified or personalized – increase from 180 to 270 hryvnias;
- if the number is ported to lifecell – increase from 120 to 200 hryvnias.
“Free Life”:
- standard cost – from 425 to 500 hryvnias;
- the number is identified or personalized – from 375 to 450 hryvnias;
- The number was transferred to lifecell – from 240 to 300 hryvnias.
“Smart Life”:
- standard cost – from 300 to 400 hryvnias;
- the number is identified or personalized – from 250 to 350 hryvnias;
- The number was transferred to lifecell – from 160 to 270 hryvnias.
“Heat Light”:
- price increase from 195 to 275 hryvnias.
Why are mobile tariffs becoming more expensive in Ukraine?

For comparison: in Germany, similar services cost 30-40 euros, in France – about 20 euros, in Poland – 10-12 euros.

What about the prices of tariffs from other operators?

Kyivstar is closing some archived tariffs from April 1, 2026, and users will be transferred to another one. The new tariff will cost 350 hryvnias, which is 50 hryvnias more than the old tariff, but will have larger volumes of mobile Internet.
