Mobile operator lifecell has warned subscribers about changes to a number of tariffs. The updates will come into effect from April 15, 2026 and will affect both the cost and content of packages.
What will be the prices for lifecell tariffs?
This primarily concerns business tariffs and the “Digital Office” line, as well as some special offers. Lifecell announced this in advance.
Some tariffs will even change their names, while most will increase their prices or increase the amount of internet and minutes. The operator explains that along with the price, the content of the packages is also being updated – in some cases more gigabytes or minutes are added, but not everywhere.
“Digital Office” line
- “Digital Office 250” will become “Digital Office 280” (it will be 280 hryvnias instead of 250);
- “Digital Office 250+” will become “Digital Office 300” (it will be 300 hryvnias instead of 250);
- “Digital Office 300” will be “Digital Office 350” (it will be 250 hryvnias instead of 300).
Business tariffs
- “Business Union” (and postpaid) – will be 200 hryvnias instead of 150;
- “Business Alliance” (and postpaid) – will be 220 hryvnias instead of 200;
- “Business League” (and postpaid) – will be 280 hryvnias instead of 250.

Market participants explain that this is not only a commercial decision, but also an issue of infrastructure stability in conditions of war and economic pressure. According to economist and telecom market expert Anatoly Amelin, Ukrainian mobile communications today demonstrate a quality that often exceeds the performance of European and even American operators.

At the same time, the price of mobile communications in Ukraine remains one of the lowest in the world. As of the beginning of 2026, the average cost of tariffs with a mobile Internet package of 20-40 GB is about 7-8.5 euros per month. For comparison: in Germany, similar services cost 30-40 euros, in France – about 20 euros, in Poland – 10-12 euros.
However, the low price also has a downside. Over the past two years, Ukrainian operators have been forced to invest significantly in the energy independence of the network and its restoration after shelling.
