Kyivstar received record profits – what are the cheap mobile tariffs from Kyivstar?

Kyivstar, Vodafone and lifecell control the mobile tariff market in Ukraine, but Kyivstar managed to significantly break ahead. The operator received record profits in 2025.

How much did mobile operators earn per year?

In 2025, the revenue of the ten largest operators exceeded 88.3 billion hryvnias, Delo.ua writes.

The main part of the market has traditionally been formed by the three largest mobile companies – Kyivstar, Vodafone Ukraine and lifecell. Their combined revenue exceeded 85 billion, or almost 97% of the entire telecom market.:

  • Kyivstar – revenue 43.8 billion hryvnias, net profit 12.3 billion;
  • Vodafone Ukraine – revenue 25.8 billion hryvnias, profit 4.77 billion;
  • lifecell – revenue of 15.9 billion hryvnias, profit of 3.22 billion.

Other operators, such as Intertelecom, Trimob, and Concern RRT, account for only a few percent of the market.

How much do operators earn from one subscriber?

The average revenue per subscriber is:

  1. Kyivstar – approximately 158 – 162 hryvnias per month;
  2. Vodafone Ukraine – about 140 hryvnias;
  3. lifecell – about 138 hryvnias.

On average, mobile operators earn 140-160 hryvnia per month from one subscriber.

What is the cheapest Kyivstar tariff?

The cheapest offer is from Kyivstar for 220 hryvnias, but it is intended for people 60+ years old and people with disabilities, Kyivstar writes.

If we talk about the general tariff, then ALL TOGETHER Light from Kyivstar is the cheapest , it costs per month:

  • 290 hryvnias if you port your number,
  • 370 hryvnias if you change the tariff within the Kyivstar operator.

There are also the following tariffs:

  • ALL TOTAL Krutyy – 350 hryvnias or 450 hryvnias
  • TOTAL Top contract – 750 hryvnias.

Other news from mobile operators

  • Kyivstar has introduced a new line of tariffs for businesses, which include a 35% discount for new subscribers for the first six months. The cheapest mobile tariff from Kyivstar “ALL TOGETHER Light” for general use costs 290 hryvnias per month with number portability.

  • Kyivstar has also updated the terms of the popular “Master” service for home Internet users. The cost of the “Master” service has changed from March 12 and is 200 hryvnias.

  • Meanwhile, Vodafone has increased prices for popular tariffs, the average increase is 60-80 hryvnias. The updates include more mobile internet, expanded minutes for calls, and improved roaming capabilities in EU countries. These are the archival tariffs Joice, SuperNet, and Light+.
