Kyivstar mobile tariffs – the cost of the SIM tariff for devices is changing

This spring, one of the country's most popular mobile operators, Kyivstar, is introducing some changes. Some terms and conditions have not changed for 11 years, but now they need to be updated.

What changes will there be in Kyivstar tariffs?

The changes concern the “SIM for devices” tariff, Kyivstar writes.

From March 1, 2026, its price will be 2 hryvnias per day instead of 1 hryvnia per day. At the same time, the range of services in the tariff will increase:

  1. Up to 50 Megabytes of Internet per day — there were 30 Megabytes of Internet per day
  2. Up to 50 SMS per day in Ukraine – there were 30 SMS per day
  3. Up to 50 minutes per day on the Kyivstar network – there were 30 minutes per day
  4. The state in your smartphone and Knowledge without borders — without tariffs.

There have also been changes in roaming conditions. In particular, the available traffic volume will be 50 megabytes per day (shared with the volume in Ukraine). Other changes are as follows:

  • from March 1, 50 SMS will be available instead of 30 (shared with the volume in Ukraine);
  • 50 minutes per day – for all incoming calls (minutes are the same as the volume in Ukraine);
  • For outgoing calls, the tariff is 1 hryvnia per minute.

What discounts on mobile tariffs does Kyivstar offer?

Users can sign up for one of Kyivstar's “ALL TOGETHER” packages and take advantage of the reduced price for the first three months. The tariffs combine key services: fixed internet for home, mobile communications, and television.

Ukrainians will be able to pay the following amounts during the three promotional months:

  1. TOTAL Advantage – 200 hryvnias instead of 250 hryvnias (only for new Home Internet subscribers);
  2. TOTAL Light – 200 hryvnias instead of 450 hryvnias;
  3. ALL TOTAL Krutyy – 200 hryvnias instead of 550 hryvnias.

What about the cost of tariffs from other operators?

  • Vodafone is raising prices on popular tariffs, with an average increase of 60-80 hryvnias. The updates include more mobile internet, expanded minutes for calls, and improved roaming capabilities in EU countries.

  • Starting from January 1, lifecell has started updating service packages called 4G IoT with the numbers 30, 40, 50, 70 and 140 and IoT Start (Medium and Premium). Lifecell users can also get a 10% or 15% discount on mobile tariffs by paying in advance for 6 or 12 months, respectively.
