However, this did not prevent the cafe from continuing to operate. The owner, Yevhen, has been serving coffee to Kyiv residents since morning amidst the broken glass, while his mother offers sweets to the townspeople nearby.

The details of the harrowing story were told by Yaroslav Yemelyanenko, the head of the Association of Chernobyl Operators. According to him, the owner of the establishment had previously sold real estate to establish this business.
