Interpipe NTR reports 2024 profit, no distribution plans

PJSC Interpipe Nizhnedneprovsky Pipe Rolling Plant (Interpipe NTR, Dnepr) reported receiving net profit for 2024, but the exact figure has not yet been disclosed, and the company does not plan to distribute it.

According to the information posted in the data disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), the agenda of the upcoming remote general meeting of shareholders on April 21 includes key areas of activity for 2025, consideration of the supervisory board report and auditor's findings, approval of the financial report for 2024, and an assessment of the company's performance for the past year.

The meeting will also discuss financial and operating results for 2024 and make decisions on profit distribution.

In addition, shareholders will consider changes to the remuneration policy for members of the supervisory board, approve a report on the remuneration of the chairman and members of the board for 2024, and determine whether changes are needed to the remuneration policy for the chairman and members of the board.

The shareholders also intend to amend the company's charter and internal documents.

According to the draft decisions that Interfax-Ukraine has reviewed, the company's main tasks for 2025 will be to improve budget indicators, improve the quality management system, increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of products and processes, expand the product range and sales markets, and implement a technical modernization program.

It is also proposed not to distribute the net profit earned by the company in 2024.
