- Step #1 – Choose a taxation system

In the list of services, select “Business Creation”, then “Automatic Registration of Individual Entrepreneurs” and “Submit an Application”.

Fill out the online form to receive the service:
– provide your registration address and indicate your citizenship;
– choose the types of economic activity and type of taxation;

Certify the application with the electronic signature of an individual.
In addition, you can contact the ASC at the place of registration, but the service is provided within 24 hours and only on working days.
What will happen after registering a sole proprietorship?
If you chose the online procedure, wait for a notification of the result in your citizen's account and by email.
When the record of registration of an individual entrepreneur appears in the Unified State Register (USR), an extract from it can be obtained within two business days using the access code, which will also be sent to the mail.
Important! The statement has legal force, it can be printed and used like any other document.
