  • Step #1 – Get a PESEL number

To do this, Ukrainians can submit an application to the administration of any commune (administrative unit), indicating their first and last name, date and place of birth, citizenship, date of entry into Poland, Ukrainian identification number (if available), as well as contact details – email and Polish phone number.
