In February, individual entrepreneurs can receive a one-time cash payment. These are people belonging to groups 2–3 and working in socially important areas.

What assistance can individual entrepreneurs receive in February 2026?

The amount of assistance depends on the number of employees, as stated on the Debit-Credit website.

The funds are intended to ensure the heat resistance of the business . In particular, the money can be spent on the purchase and repair of generators and other power equipment, fuel for generators, and also payment for electricity.

Assistance can be received by individual entrepreneurs of groups 2 and 3, namely: shops, bakeries, coffee shops, cafes, canteens, pharmacies, private medical offices, outpatient clinics; craftsmen, repair teams, service centers, providers, telecommunications operators, assistance to vulnerable groups; private kindergartens, development centers, courier services, etc.

If a person has one employee, then he is provided with 7,500 hryvnias .

• When it comes to 2 employees – 9,000 hryvnias;
• 3 employees – 10,500 hryvnias;
• 4 employees – 12,000 hryvnias;
• 5 employees – 13,500 hryvnias;
• 6 or more employees – 15,000 hryvnias.

Please note! The assistance is a one-time payment and depends on the number of employees for whom the Social Security Contribution has been paid.

An application can be submitted by individual entrepreneurs who are not located or do not conduct business in temporarily occupied territories, as well as in areas of active hostilities. This was noted in the Act.

You also need to take into account the following important nuances:

1. Financial assistance can be received by individual entrepreneurs who met the conditions of the program as of January 26, 2026.
2. The date of registration of the individual entrepreneur must be December 1, 2025 or earlier.

To apply for assistance from Diia, you must follow these instructions:

• Click “Submit an application”, log in or register in the citizen's account.
• Check your personal information.
• Choose what the aid will be spent on.
• Select or open Action.Card.
• Review the application details and sign it.

Please note: After receiving financial assistance, you can spend it on the categories specified in the application.

What else should individual entrepreneurs know in February 2026?

• Individual entrepreneurs of groups 1, 2, and 4 must pay an important tax – military duty. The deadline this time is February 20. In particular, this tax must be paid even if the person did not receive a profit for the previous quarter.
• Individual entrepreneurs of group 3 are required to submit a declaration. This should be done by February 9, 2026.
• We should also not forget about the 2025 EU budget.
