Develers of drones can receive grants from Ukrainian Startup Fund – PM Shmyhal

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

"In the conditions of Russian aggression, one of the key areas of activity of the Innovations Develment Fund will be the support of products, projects and services aimed at strengthening our army and the security of all citizens," he wrote.

According to the Prime Minister, develers of drones and other technogies, which are necessary for strong Ukraine, will now be able to receive grant funding and support.

Shmyhal emphasized that the develment of the startup ecosystem in the field of defense and security is also one of the priority tasks within the government's economic picy now and after the end of the war.

As reported, the Innovations Develment Fund (Ukrainian Startup Fund), established in 2018 at the initiative of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, is one of Ukraine’s key organizations that helps technogy startups to attract funds at the early stages and launch their own projects.
