What is known about the new type of employee booking?

What has changed for enterprises since March 13 is stated on the website of the Verkhovna Rada.

Since March 13, 2026, a new service has been launched in Diya, which allows you to temporarily book employees for a period of up to 45 days .

Please note! These are enterprises with the status of critically important or those belonging to the defense-industrial complex.

The function will work as a result of the updated law, which regulated the procedure for booking employees. It also simplified the procedure for attracting specialists to work in wartime.

Due to gaps in the legislation that existed before the adoption of the Law, the relevant employees could receive summonses or were not subject to booking during the period between the recognition of an enterprise as critical for the defense industry and the decision to book them as employees of such an enterprise,
– said Oleksandr Zavitnevych.

In particular, the chairman of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence explained that this was how the problem of stable operation of critical and defense enterprises was solved.
