"In early April, we resumed the publication of en data on construction in the USESCS and on the data.gov.ua portal. In March, we launched an e-office on the Diia portal, which displays all documents in the construction sector in which the user is listed as a construction customer. In the coming months, the portal will also offer the ability to work with updated versions of documents and document revisions, as well as search the centralized glossary of terms," he said.

The process of digitizing the SBCs and uploading them to the E-system portal began with the launch of the USESCS in 2020. The portal stores information on both the current document and the amendments that have been adted to it.
As reported, in April 2023, the Unified State Electronic System for Construction (USESCS) and the data.gov.ua portal resumed publishing en data on construction, which was suspended last year due to Russia's full-scale invasion.
Flowing consultations with law enforcement agencies, a list of information was determined whose publication does not pose a threat to national security and defense and can be made available to the public again.
