- certificate of ownership;
- certificate of inheritance;

- extract from the State Register of Real Rights to Real Property;
- purchase and sale agreement;
- donation agreement;
- other civil law agreements regarding the alienation of a land plot.

- transfer of a land plot to someone as a gift;
- inheritance.
At the same time, all these actions can be carried out in wartime. Currently, the only prohibition is on the free transfer of state and municipal land into private ownership.
