In November 2025, Ukrainian producers exported 156.7 million eggs, according to the Poultry Farmers Union of Ukraine. The total amount of exported products amounted to 20.9 million US dollars.
According to estimates by specialists of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, export volumes increased by 30.6 percent compared to November 2024. The largest consignments of Ukrainian eggs during this period were delivered to the United Kingdom – 31.4 million pieces, Spain – 29.9 million pieces, and Israel – 17.7 million pieces.
In total, Ukraine exported 1.88 billion eggs in January-November 2025. Export revenue for eleven months amounted to 180 million US dollars, which is 2.7 times more than in the same period of the previous year.
The key importers of Ukrainian eggs in 2025 remained Spain with a share of 15.6 percent, the United Kingdom – 11.8 percent, and the Czech Republic – 10.5 percent.

The rules require the creation of conditions for the natural behavior of chickens, in particular, the regulation of lighting, ventilation and temperature, as well as enhanced sanitary standards, including regular cleaning and disinfection of poultry houses.
