The President shared his congratulations on Telegram.
“Alexander Usyk has done it again! Undisputed champion. Legend. One of ours,” he noted.
The head of state expressed gratitude to the boxer for the strength and inspiration that he brings to the entire country with each of his victories.
“Thank you for entering every fight with Ukraine in your heart. Congratulations on your victory – you, our country and everyone who supported you,” Zelensky emphasized.

As previously reported, Oleksandr Usyk, the WBO, WBA, WBC and IBO title holder, defeated Briton Daniel Dubois (23-3, 21 KOs) in a rematch. The fight took place at Wembley Stadium in London (United Kingdom) and ended with a knockout in the fifth round.
