PJSC Ukrnafta continues its large-scale digital transformation by implementing a modern ERP system from Ukrainian provider IT-Enterprise, as the company reported on its Facebook page.
“Our goal is to automate all important business processes, increase efficiency and transparency of work, including the retail segment of the company,” noted Ukrnafta.
Currently, more than 6,000 users are connected to the corporate information system, and the integration of the Ukrnafta network of filling stations (operating under the UKRNAFTA brand), which includes 545 filling stations, has been successfully completed.
The process began with the automation of personnel management and payroll. The next stages include optimizing fuel logistics and digitalizing business processes in the network of gas stations. The key point of this transformation was the introduction of end-to-end accounting of fuel and lubricants, including tracking excise taxes.
“With the help of the ERP system, we can control every liter of fuel – from the moment it arrives at the warehouse to the final filling of the customer's car. This improves the accuracy of logistics planning, optimizes inventory management in warehouses and allows us to better forecast the demand for fuel and related products at our gas stations,” emphasized Andriy Bobrov, Director of Information Technology at Ukrnafta.
One of the main advantages of the system is the ability to quickly generate reports. Information on all transactions is automatically transferred to various modules of the system in a mode close to real time, which significantly increases transparency and simplifies business management.
Ukrnafta is the largest oil company in Ukraine, operating a national network of petrol stations. In March 2024, the company took control of Glusco assets and now operates 544 petrol stations – 461 owned and 83 managed.
Ukrnafta holds 92 licenses for industrial development of deposits; its balance sheet includes 1,832 oil and 154 gas production wells.
The largest shareholder of Ukrnafta is NAK Naftogaz of Ukraine, which owns 50% plus one share.
In November 2022, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine decided to transfer the company's corporate rights, previously owned by private shareholders, to the state. These shares are now under the control of the Ministry of Defense.
