
Oschadbank ATM did not give out money to the client
The man decided to withdraw cash from an ATM of Oschadbank. However, due to the inscription on the screen “operation canceled”, he did not receive the funds. The client left a corresponding comment on September 8 under the publication of the financial institution.
He called the Sberbank hotline to request a refund. He was told that he would have to wait up to 30 days.
“I understand now that cybersecurity is very important, especially for banks. But the incident that happened to me at the Oschadbank ATM on September 5, 2025, demonstrated that something must be wrong with the bank! Because I was shocked that I did not receive money from the ATM, because of the inscription on the screen – “the operation was canceled” and I did not receive money, but the funds from the card were withdrawn! I have already called the “hotline” 2 times, the answers of the employees are almost inaudible and they asked me the same thing with amendments, that, they say, “if you did not receive the funds, then we will find out.” To my question, how long should I wait for my funds, the answer was “up to 30 days”. Such “poor people” all over Ukraine can be collected in a month and “turned over” on interest – you can live well,” the man said.
Oschadbank’s reaction
Oschadbank responded to the man’s complaint. They indicate that if the ATM did not dispense funds, the first thing to do is to check the information through the contact center.
“If the ATM did not issue funds, we really recommend first of all to check the information through the contact center, since it is possible that after the operation is rejected, the funds may be automatically returned. You can also record a callback on the bank’s website, and a consultant will call you to verify the information. If the funds have not been returned, then you will need to contact the bank branch to write an application for their return, or record it through the operator. We apologize for the inconvenience,” Oschadbank said.
