Easter is one of the most important holidays in Ukraine, so postal operators are partially changing their work schedules. If you plan to send or receive parcels during the holiday period, it is worth finding out in advance how Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, and Meest Poshta branches will operate.
Companies have already published their schedules for April 19–21, 2025. We tell you how to plan visits to postal operators to avoid delays and misunderstandings.
Ukrposhta work schedule
- April 19 – work as usual, but all branches will close at 5:00 PM;
- April 20 (Sunday, Easter) is a day off, branches will be closed;
- April 21 – normal working hours without changes.
How Meest Mail works
- April 19 – all branches will operate as usual;
- April 20 is a day off, all branches are closed;
- April 21 — return to normal schedule.
Nova Poshta operating hours
- April 19 — standard working hours for all branches;
- April 20 is a day off: neither branches, couriers, nor post offices are open;
- April 21 — work in standard mode.
Companies advise planning your trips and sending shipments in advance to avoid a situation where the required service is unavailable on a holiday.
Regardless of the postal operator, all branches will return to their usual schedule starting Monday, April 21. So if you are planning a visit after Easter, you can count on the usual operation of services.
