A woman and her roommate were exposed in Kyiv, suspected of storing and distributing pornographic products, including those involving children.
This was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office.
According to the investigation, a 46-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man distributed pornographic photos and videos online. Among the seized materials were images of the woman's daughter, who is now an adult.
Separately, the man was reported to be suspected of raping the girl when she was a minor. According to her, the sexual abuse occurred systematically from the age of 12, when her mother was abroad.
Other possible victims are being identified and the suspects' involvement in involving children in the creation of such content is being investigated. The suspects' 13-year-old son has been placed in the care of his grandmother.
The court chose a preventive measure for them – detention with the alternative of bail of 800 thousand hryvnias. The maximum penalty for the articles is up to 15 years in prison.
