A 42-year-old man will go on trial in Kyiv. He is accused of sexual crimes against a minor girl and forcing her to appear in pornographic content.

It is noted that the suspect is a 42-year-old resident of the Kirovograd region.
“Law enforcement officers established that the perpetrator, being acquainted with the parents of the 5-year-old girl, tried to get alone with her under various pretexts and, finding himself alone, committed violent acts of a sexual nature against the minor, filming the process on video,” the report says.
So far, investigators have established three episodes of such contacts. In particular, two of them took place in the interior of the suspect's car. He “invited” the girl there, offering to “listen to music together.” On another occasion, the suspect was alone with the minor in a room at home, law enforcement officials reported.
“During a search of the defendant's apartment, law enforcement officers found computer equipment and flash drives with scenes of child pornography on more than 5 TB of memory,” the report says.
The man was detained and is in custody. The suspect is charged with three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: Part 4, Art. 153 Committing violent acts of a sexual nature, not related to penetration into the body of another person, committed against a person who has not reached the age of fourteen, regardless of his or her voluntary consent , Part 5, Art. 301 Forcing minors to participate in the creation of pornographic video productions, committed repeatedly and Part 1 of Article 301-1 Intentional possession of child pornography without the intent to sell or distribute . The articles carry penalties of up to 12 years in prison.
Earlier it was reported that a 42-year-old man was detained in Kyiv, suspected of raping two underage boys. According to the case materials, the defendant invited the boys, aged 14 and 15, to his mother's apartment, where no one lived, to “treat them to beer”. Later, he gave the teenagers vodka, showed them a pornographic video and raped them. A day later, the boys told their parents about it, who contacted law enforcement.
