Oleksandr Pedan celebrates his birthday on March 24 – this year he turns 44 years old.
During this time, he has achieved significant results in his television career and was able to build a strong family. Together with his wife, the showman has already celebrated 22 years of marriage and is raising two children. Oleksandr Pedan was born and raised in Khmelnytskyi. His family still lives there – his mother, brothers and relatives. He has been involved in creativity since childhood. In particular, Pedan devoted about 11 years to folk dances. It is not surprising, because his father, Serhiy Pedan, heads the famous dance ensemble “Podillia” at the Khmelnytskyi State Center for Aesthetic Education of Youth.

Oleksandr also has two older brothers, Andriy and Vitaliy. The TV presenter's mother, Valentina Nikolaevna, is a university lecturer.
In high school, Pedan became interested in comedy. He received his higher education at Khmelnytskyi National University. Pedan played in various teams and gradually gained stage experience. His first serious breakthrough came in 2006, when Oleksandr became the host of the Ukrainian version of Comedy Club Ua. Two years later, he joined the morning show “Pidyom”, where he worked with Serhiy Prytula and Olga Freimut. This trio quickly became one of the most successful on Ukrainian television, and Pedan himself gained wide popularity.

Today, Alexander's experience in television exceeds 25 years. Over the years of work, the TV presenter has become the face of many entertainment formats. Among the most famous projects: “Pedan-Prytula Show”, “Intuition”, “Hearts of Three”, “Exes”, “Who's on Top?”.
What is known about the personal life of Alexander Pedan?
Alexander met his future wife Inna in the mid-90s – during the city championship of KVC in Khmelnytskyi. The couple became closer while studying at the university. Over time, this student friendship grew into a strong family.

The couple is raising two children: daughter Valeria, who studies at the Ukrainian Catholic University, and son Mark, who, as a schoolboy, Pedan repeatedly emphasized that he considers respect, support, love, and shared values to be the cornerstones of a strong relationship.

What is Oleksandr Pedan doing now?
After the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, the TV presenter and his family temporarily moved to Khmelnytskyi. Oleksandr spoke about this in the “Cities” project for the DIM TV channel. He actively participated in socially important initiatives: he worked in the information space, spoke with colleagues for displaced people, and created social and educational projects. Among them: “Know Your Own” – about volunteers and public figures, “UniverCheck”, “CollegeCheck”, “Stories Not from Textbooks” – about education in Ukraine. Pedan also launched the podcast “They Say”. Charity has become a separate direction: he is a co-founder of the “Second Breath UA” foundation, which helps military personnel with prostheses through sports and rehabilitation. In addition, together with his wife, Oleksandr has recently been hosting the family podcast “They Say! Are They Lying?”, in which he communicates with celebrity couples.

Interestingly, the TV presenter is not stopping there – he is currently pursuing a second higher education in public administration. In an interview with RBC-Ukraine, Oleksandr explained that this is necessary in order to better understand the interaction between the state, business, and the public sector.
