Postal and logistics group Nova plans to enter the markets of Canada and China by the end of 2026. And by 2028, the company wants to double its presence in Europe.
Where will Nova Poshta branches be opened abroad?
The company's strategic goal is to enter the top 20 logistics players in the world. Co-owner Vyacheslav Klimov said this during the Nova Summit, Forbes reports.
- North America will be one of the key areas of development
In early 2026, the company entered the US market, where Nova Post USA operates with an office in New Jersey. They plan to expand routes: in addition to New York, delivery will also be launched on the South Coast – in particular, in Los Angeles and Miami. The plans also include opening the first physical branch in the US.
- In parallel, the company is preparing to enter the Canadian market.
The first branch there may open as early as 2026.
- Another important direction is China
Nova wants to establish a legal presence there by the end of the year. The company sees this as the start of large-scale development and future large-scale deliveries.
- A separate focus is Europe.
Over the next three years, Nova plans to enter 16 new countries, significantly expanding its network.
In the longer term, by 2029, the company also aims to enter the Middle East markets.
How much money did Nova Poshta lose due to Russia's war against Ukraine?
In response to a request from Channel 24, Novaya Poshta responded that over 400 branches and terminals have been damaged or destroyed over the course of more than 3 years of full-scale invasion.

In the last 9 months of 2025 alone, the cost of restoring the property of the NOVA group of companies that was damaged as a result of attacks or hostilities amounted to 379 million hryvnias. However, since the beginning of 2022, the cost of its restoration has amounted to over 1 billion hryvnias.
Novaya Poshta emphasizes that the losses from Russian attacks have reached significant proportions. In total, 138 thousand parcels were destroyed as a result of Russian strikes on Ukraine, and the company's direct losses exceed 3 billion hryvnias.
What are the delivery rates for Nova Poshta?
From December 1, Nova Poshta has increased tariffs for delivering documents and parcels across the city and Ukraine.
The price increase did not affect parcels up to 2 kilograms, but the prices for delivering documents between branches changed:
- locally – 60 UAH (was 65 UAH);
- in Ukraine – 70 UAH (was 65 UAH).
Local tariffs (by city):
- up to 2 kilograms – 60 hryvnias (unchanged);
- up to 10 kilograms – 100 hryvnias (was 90 hryvnias);
- up to 30 kilograms – 160 hryvnias (was 140 hryvnias).
Parcel delivery in Ukraine:
- up to 2 kilograms – 80 hryvnias (unchanged);
- up to 10 kilograms – 120 hryvnias (was 110 hryvnias);
- up to 30 kilograms – 180 hryvnias (was 160 hryvnias).
You will also have to pay an additional 10 hryvnia for receiving documents and parcels at a post office.
