In the village of Troitske, Bila Tserkva district, Kyiv region, a man got stuck in the mud on the shore of a reservoir and could not get out on his own. Specialists from the State Emergency Service were called to the rescue.

According to the department's press service, the incident occurred the evening before, March 16.
“Arriving on call, specialists from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, using special equipment, provided assistance to the victim and handed him over to medical workers with signs of hypothermia,” the report says.
