Businesses in Ukraine can book men with TCC issues for no longer than 45 days. This spring, all of this will be possible in a few minutes through Diya.
When will bookings for wanted men appear in Action?
Ukraine plans to simplify the procedure for booking employees for defense-industrial complex enterprises, RBC-Ukraine writes.
Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation Valeria Koval says that companies that work for the needs of the army or have the status of critical will be able to temporarily reserve employees even in the event of problems with military registration:
- These are employees who have missing or incorrect data in military registers;
- We are also talking about those who are wanted by the CCC.
Such employees will receive bookings from the first day of employment. At the same time, the booking period is limited to 45 days. It is expected that the new functionality will be available in the Diya application by the end of March 2026.
What else will change in the booking procedure in Action?
In the near future, the Action will also update the mechanism for extending employee reservations:
- If a business has officially confirmed critical status, the new system will avoid cancellation of reservations.
- Company managers or authorized employees will be able to apply for an extension of the deferral immediately for a group of employees.
