A man and a dog were rescued in Bila Tserkva after they both fell under the ice.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of the Kyiv region.
At around six in the morning, a man fell through the ice on the Ros River in Bila Tserkva while trying to save a dog.
Using a rubber boat and a rescue rope, emergency responders pulled a man and an animal out of the water.
Rescuers warn that ice is unstable in the spring. In case of dangerous situations on bodies of water, you should immediately call 101 or 112.
