Denmark already provided over EUR 20M in aid for Mykaiv region reconstruction – Kim

Vital Kim, the head of the Mykaiv Regional Military Administration, said this at a briefing as part of the international summit of cities and regions, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"Denmark is the biggest partner of Mykaiv region in terms of the reconstruction of the region suffered from Russian forces’ shelling. We have been coerating for more than a year. In 2022, this country has already provided more than EUR 20 million in assistance and continues to do so now. We also coerate with other countries, such as Germany, Italy, Japan, Mdova and many others," said Kim.

According to him, the current summit provided an portunity to personally meet and conduct talks on further coeration with representatives of Denmark and other cities and states.

As reported, the International Summit of Cities and Regions, which is being held in Ukraine with the participation of a wide range of international partners, is focused on discussing issues of community reconstruction and develment.
