Russian oil exports rebound to pre-war level
This is stated in the April report by the International Energy Agency, Ukrinform reports.
"Russian oil exports in March soared to the highest since April 2020 thanks to surging product flows that returned to levels last seen before Russia invaded Ukraine," the report says.
It is noted that Russia's revenues from the sale of oil in April increased by $1 billion, reaching $12.7 billion, while still being 43% lower than in the same period last year.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, Western sanctions and price caps on marine Russian oil imposed after a full-scale invasion of Ukraine limited the range of Russian oil buyers.
However, at least two companies from India and the UAE are helping Moscow circumvent Western oil sanctions through a shadow fleet of tankers.
