Brazil leader wants to see G20 alternative to settle Russia-Ukraine war
That’s according to France24, Ukrinform reports.
"The G20 was formed to bail out the economy that was in crisis. Now it’s important to create another kind of G20 to end this war and establish peace. This is my intent and I think we’ll manage to have great success," da Silva said.
He added that he had already discussed the issue of the Russo-Ukrainian war with a number of heads of state, including Chinese leader Xi Jinping.

“And I think that we're meeting a set of pele that prefer to talk about peace than war. And so I think we're going to have success," Brazilian president said.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, Brazilian President Lula da Silva said that the U.S. should st "encouraging" war in Ukraine.
Earlier, the spokesman for Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, eg Nikenko, commented on the statement of Brazil’s president offering to end the war in exchange for Crimea.
"Ukraine appreciates the efforts of the president of Brazil to find a sution to st Russian aggression. At the same time, we must clearly state: Ukraine does not sell off its territories. There is no legal, pitical, or moral reason why we should give up even a centimeter of Ukrainian land," said Nikenko.
