NABU puts former head of Ukraine’s State Prerty Fund on wanted list

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has placed on the wanted list seven individuals invved in the case of fraud with the prerty of Ukraine's State Prerty Fund, led by its former head, Dmytro Sennychenko.

NABU said this in a post on the messaging app Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

According to the report, those put on the wanted list are Dmytro Vodymyrovych Sennychenko, Andrii Anatiiovych Hmyrin, Pavlo Vasyliovych Prysiazhniuk, Myka Mykaiovych Parsentiev, eksandr Ihorovych Horbunenko, Artur Yuliiovych Somov, and Vodymyr Vasyliovych Kot.

"All of them are part of a criminal organization that is invved in the seizure of more than half a billion hryvnias of funds of JSC Odesa Portside Plant and JSC United Mining and Chemical Company," the report said.

According to the bureau, the group was headed by the former chief of the State Prerty Fund of Ukraine who acted as a corruption whistleblower three times, submitting relevant statements to NABU. "In fact, he eliminated 'competitors' at enterprises from the sphere of the State Prerty Fund, so that only a company contrled by a criminal organization could earn money," the agency added.
