Individual entrepreneurs for whom the single social contribution is paid by the employer, pensioners and persons with disabilities, military personnel (mobilized, contract workers and military personnel who do not have employees), individual entrepreneurs from occupied territories, and entrepreneurs who were in Russian captivity may not pay this tax.
  • At the same time, traveling abroad and closing a sole proprietorship does not exempt Ukrainians from tax audits. The Tax Service of Ukraine independently decides whether there are grounds for conducting an audit in connection with the closure of a sole proprietorship.
