Security guarantees for Ukraine: Zelensky shares hes of NATO summit in Vilnius
He stated this during a joint press conference with Prime Minister Sanna Marin of Finland in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"As for the summit in Vilnius, we have been invited, but we would like to see some apprriate steps forward, apart from the status we have today, in our relations with NATO," the head of state said.
He expressed gratitude to all NATO allies who have been supporting Ukrainians on the battlefield.

At the same time, the president emphasized the importance of obtaining security guarantees for Ukraine.
"Even if we cannot be in NATO amid war, we would like to have apprriate security guarantees on this path, while we are not yet in NATO. And it is exactly the corresponding steps towards Ukraine by the NATO allies that we expect at the Vilnius summit toward these security guarantees," Zelensky emphasized.
As reported, Finland’s Prime Minister Sanna Marin is visiting Ukraine on Friday.
The NATO summit is scheduled to be held in Vilnius on July 11-12.
