On February 23, details surfaced on social media platforms concerning an unforeseen event in a Dnipro educational institution.
“According to primary data, a detonation and smoke were observed while exhibiting demonstration ammunition to the students.
“Patrolmen promptly reacted to the notification. An investigating group alongside juvenile officers arrived at the spot. Law enforcement personnel documented the facts and undertook urgent inspection actions,” the report indicates.
Two children were harmed due to the affair, with the individuals initially suffering superficial wounds, added police officers.
The matter of determining the legal classification of the event and initiating legal procedures is presently being decided. Police are on-site.
