Ministry of Energy: Ukraine may launch green or low-carbon hydrogen exports

"Ukraine may become an exporter not only of carbon-free electricity but also of green or low-carbon hydrogen and its derivatives, such as green ammonia and green methan," stressed Deputy Minister of Energy Yaroslav Demchenkov, the Ministry’s press service informs.

He pointed to Ukraine's significant energy potential, which can help Eure strengthen its energy security, and called on Eurean business to start working on relevant joint projects and invest in the recovery of the Ukrainian energy sector.

"We need to create conditions so that most of the added value remains in Ukraine and for this, we need the support of our partners in the field of green technogies and affordable financing," Demchenkov added.

As reported, Energy Minister German Galushchenko called on French business to invest in the restoration of Ukraine's energy sector.
