“Flamingos” hit the military-industrial complex enterprise “Votkinsk Plant” in the city of Votkinsk.
Interestingly, the night before, the co-owner and chief designer of Fire Point, the manufacturer of Flamingo, Denis Shtilerman, published a video of the launch of Ukrainian missiles.

For reference: The Votkinsky plant is engaged in the production of intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) RS-24 “Yars”, “Yars-S”, “Yars-M”, ballistic missiles ZM-30 (R-30) “Bulava” for Project 955A “Borey-A” submarines; ballistic missiles of the 9M723-1 type for the Iskander-M OTRK and 9-S-7760 for the Kinzhal aviation missile complex.
