Ukrainian woman sought girls for Epstein for profit – investigation

In the materials of the Jeffrey Epstein case released by the US Department of Justice, journalists discovered correspondence between a Ukrainian model and a financier, in which, according to the investigation, she looked for girls for him and received material benefits.

This is reported by Investigation.Info.

The investigation concerns a Ukrainian woman named Nastya N., who appears in a batch of documents. Journalists analyzed about a thousand messages and found that for almost four years (from 2015 to 2019), the model corresponded with Epstein and looked for girls for him.

The correspondence also suggests that Nastya herself had been meeting with Epstein for a long time — his assistants regularly included her visits in the businessman's schedule.

In one of the messages, Epstein asks to find him an assistant: “Smart, ready to travel”, aged 22-25. Nastya replies: “Of course, I'll find you girls!”. Before that, according to journalists, Epstein bought her a new MacBook for $ 3.5 thousand and paid for her training in CAD courses Computer-Aided Design is an automated design system that uses software to create, edit, analyze, and optimize 2D technical drawings and 3D models. .

The correspondence also mentions purchasing air tickets for her to Kyiv and back to New York, as well as other expenses, including paying for beauty salons.

Nastya later sends Epstein several candidacies. In one of the messages, she notes: “Dasha is coming to New York on August 25. And … lives in New York, but I would like to discuss her candidacy with you, since she is in a relationship with a guy. I don't know, maybe that could be a problem.”

She also sends a photo of a friend from Russia who, she said, wanted to come to the U.S. From further correspondence, journalists concluded that this woman later flew with Epstein to his private island, where, according to many victims, sex crimes took place.

In 2018, Nastya sends another photo with the caption: “How do you like her for Jeffreyland?” Presumably, this is about Epstein's private island. In another case, she sends a video with a new acquaintance, offering to learn more if the candidate interests him.

Separately, the correspondence includes a message to Epstein's assistant Leslie Groff, reminding her about $10,000 for Nastya. It is not clear from the documents what exactly these funds were intended for and whether they were transferred.

Nastya N. did not respond to journalists' requests. After reading the messages, she closed her Instagram page. Her mother, who lives in Ukraine, said that her daughter “is very glad that she is apart of these events” and that she will be asked to comment on the situation.

Journalists also tried to contact one of the women whose photos were sent to Epstein, but received no response.

What is known about Jeffrey Epstein?

American financier Jeffrey Epstein was first arrested in 2008. He was found guilty of sex crimes against minors and prostitution. After serving 13 months in prison, he signed a plea deal and was released. In 2019, Epstein was again charged with human trafficking.

After his re-arrest, the FBI found thousands of contacts in his notebook with famous people. Among them were former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, and businessman Richard Branson. This led to a wave of suspicions and accusations about possible connections between public figures and Epstein, although the fact of having contacts in itself did not mean participation in the crimes.

Epstein was arrested for the second time on July 7, 2019, and on August 10, he committed suicide in prison. In December 2023, an American court ordered the release of the names of more than 170 people from his inner circle. Among those accused of ties to Epstein is Donald Trump. American media wrote that they communicated and attended the same events in the 1990s.

Trump denied these allegations and filed lawsuits against the journalists. He later signed a law requiring the disclosure of the so-called Epstein files — nearly 100,000 pages of US Justice Department materials collected as part of investigations into Epstein himself and his associate, Gillian Maxwell.
