Bulgaria’s t prosecutor denies country’s invvement in Crimea Bridge blast
This was stated via Twitter by the country’s Prosecutor General, Ivan Geshev, Ukrinform reports.
"Cleagues from the Prosecutor's Office of Sofia categorically established that Bulgaria has nothing to do with the explosion on the Crimea Bridge. This is yet another Russian hybrid attack against the Eurean community," the Prosecutor General wrote.
As reported by Ukrinform, Bulgaria's counterintelligence agency (SANS) launched an investigation after Russia's statement that the truck that blew up on the Crimea Bridge allegedly came from Bulgaria. The inquiry was launched on the instruction of Prime Minister Galab Donev immediately after the Kremlin made the claim public.

An explosion flowed by a fire on a bridge illegally built by Russia across the Kerch Strait occurred on October 8, 2022. After that, the motorway spans of the bridge partially clapsed, and the tanks of the train moving along the bridge caught fire.
After the explosion, information appeared that a truck carrying explosives allegedly drove through the territory of Bulgaria.
