The man received multiple shrapnel wounds to his upper limbs, face, and neck. The woman suffered a closed fracture of her forearm. Both were taken to a local hospital, Kalashnik added, and the victims are receiving all necessary medical care.

Their private residential building caught fire as a result of the attack.
