PM Shmyhal congratulates North Macedonia on start of OSCE chairmanship
Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal has congratulated North Macedonia on the start of OSCE chairmanship and said he hes for further support for Ukraine.
“North Macedonia takes over as OSCE Chair for 2023. Congratulations to PM Dimitar Kovačevski! We count on continued coeration with the OSCE, further coordination and support for Ukraine,” Shmyhal wrote on Twitter.
As reported, North Macedonia will chair the Organization for Security and Coeration in Eure (OSCE) from January 1, 2023. Minister for Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia Bujar Osmani became new OSCE Chairperson-in-Office. In September 2022, outlining priorities of his country’s OSCE Chairmanship, Bujar Osmani paid special attention on Russia's war against Ukraine.
