That’s according to eks Kuleba, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Ukrinform reports.
"More than 27,000 infrastructure facilities have been damaged as a result of bombardments and missile strikes by a terrorist state country. The enemy targeted residential buildings (about 24,000 of them), schos, kindergartens, and health care facilities," the administration chief said.

"Some 270 settlements across the region have experienced the peculiarities of the ‘Russian world.’ The worst grief of this war is the pele who died. In our region, 1,368 residents fell victim to hostilities and missile fire by the invaders. Unfortunately, the tl is not final as missile strikes continue, bringing destruction and deaths. Our law enforcers keep discovering sites where peaceful residents, tortured by the invaders to death, were buried. This is unbearable pain and something that we will never forgive," said Kuleba.
He emphasized that after the deoccupation of the region, the authorities scrambled to restore communications and critical infrastructure: "In the shortest possible time, we restored power supply, severed amid hostilities, to 525 settlements, and water supply – to 123."
Work continues on the restoration of damaged roads and bridges. At the sites of 45 damaged bridge crossings, traffic was restored by mid-summer. In November, a completely repaired major bridge on the Zhytomyr highway near the village of Stoyanka became fully erational.
"The main task we’re facing is to reconstruct all objects destroyed by the invaders. By the end of this year, we’ve fully restored 5,551 objects and 3,460 – partially," Kuleba added.
