A 41-year-old Kyiv resident was detained for setting fire to two cars in the Darnytsia district for fun.
This is reported by the metropolitan police.
Over the course of two days, a car at a service station and a truck on the side of the road were set on fire in the Darnytskyi district. Law enforcement officers identified a 41-year-old local resident.
The man explained that he set fire to the vehicle for fun after drinking alcohol.
He was charged with intentional damage to property, a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
