Sudakov moves from Shakhtar Donetsk to Benfica

According to the press service of the Ukrainian club, the parties agreed on the final details of the transfer, and Sudakov signed an individual contract with the team from Lisbon, Ukrinform reports.

Sudakov began his career at Shakhtar Academy in 2017 and made his debut for the first team in 2020 in a UEFA Champions League match against Real Madrid. He quickly became a prominent figure in the first team.

During his time with Shakhtar, Sudakov played 148 matches, scoring 35 goals and making 26 assists.

Now Sudakov will play alongside his compatriot, goalkeeper Anat Trubin, who also represents Benfica.
