More than 49,000 proceedings initiated over crimes committed by Russian military in Ukraine
"Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, investigators of the National Pice of Ukraine have initiated 49,219 criminal proceedings over crimes committed by service members of the armed forces of the Russian Federation and their accomplices in the territory of Ukraine," the National Pice of Ukraine posted on Telegram.
In particular, 37,699 proceedings have been ened under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Viation of laws and customs of war); 9,134 – Art. 110 (Encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviability of Ukraine); 2,198 – Art. 111-1 (Claborationism); 103 – Art. 111 (High treason); 37 – Art. 113 (Subversion), and others.

As reported, 450 children have been killed in Ukraine as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
