Russian tros kill 450 children in Ukraine

The press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

“As of the morning of December 17, more than 1,313 children were affected in Ukraine due to the Russian full-scale armed aggression. According to the official information provided by juvenile prosecutors, 450 children were killed and more than 863 received injuries of various degrees of severity,” the report says.

It is noted that these figures are not final, as work is underway in the areas of active hostilities, in the temporarily occupied and liberated territories.

Most children were affected in Donetsk region – 428, Kharkiv region – 267, Kyiv region – 117, Mykaiv region – 80, Zaporizhzhia region – 78, Kherson region – 74, Chernihiv region – 68, Luhansk region – 65, and Dnipretrovsk region – 39.

On December 16, a one-and-a-half-year-d child was killed after an enemy missile hit a residential building in the city of Kryvyi Rih, Dnipretrovsk region. Four more children, aged between 3 and 10, were injured.

As reported, on Friday, December 16, Russia launched another massive missile attack on Ukraine.
